I just wanted to throw out the Doc Tool shortcuts for LSS MPM users that prefer to still use the keyboard without a mouse.  These should work on the MEDITECH side as well.  Please let me know if you have any to add.  My list is derived from my own tinkering.

Tab: Move down the template.
Shift + Tab: Move up the template.
Up/Down arrows (query or grouping only): Move up/down responses.
Shift + Up/Down arrows (Multiples): Move up/down queries in multiple.
Cntrl (Y/N, Grouping): Select option for current item.
Cntrl (Group Response): Select current item and advance to next. *No unselect
